Change my Hometown

There are many neighbors near my house. Some neighbors disturb the other neighbors.
So, other neighbors ask the neighbors "Please don't disturb my life" But I don't think This way is good. So, I will write about good ways
First If neighbors disturb to my family I will talk to the manager of the apartment. If I say to a neighbor myself. The neighbors will become angry and shy. But, If I say something to the manager of the apartment, the manager will talk to the neighbor. since the neighbor will not know who complained the manager, so people will not fight.
Second, give a small gift to my neighbors and ask "please be careful" Then the neighbors will apologize to me. I f I say something without gift the neighbor will got angry and I will fight with the neighbor .
In summary To change the neighbor I have t ask the manager to say something to the neighbor with a gift and The neighbor will change

Factory

Today, There are many factories around my house. Much pollution exists around factories.
So I don't agree to build a factory near my house. There are two major reasons: If build a factory environment will be polluted and near the factory will be noisy.
First, If build a factory environment will be polluted. Factories discharge much pollution So The environment will be polluted. For example, Factory discharges waste water so the river's living things will die. So, I don't agree will building a factory nearby my house.
Second, If someone builds a factory, near the factory will be noisy. In the factory many machines are working So The machines will be make noise So, near the factory will be noisy and many people will be anger because people can't sleep. So, I don't agree with building a factory near my house.
In summary If build a factory near my house, factory makes dirty environment and make noise So people can't sleep and living thing will die. I hope no one builds factory near my house..
